• Previous restoration or construction experience is a plus, but not required.
• We will teach restoration skills to the right person.
• Strong teamwork and communication are essential.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team on water, fire, mold, and other restoration projects.
• Set up and operate restoration equipment.
• Perform mitigation, demolition, cleaning, and restoration services.
• Communicate with customers, supervisors, and teammates.
• Maintain clean and professional job sites.
• Take care of company vehicles, equipment, and tools.
• Follow company procedures and safety standards.
