Join our team as a Restoration Manager and lead our restoration division, ensuring efficient, cost-effective, high-quality service while fostering teamwork and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee Operations: manage day‑to‑day activities of restoration crews, including schedules and production levels.
• Lead the Team: supervise a diverse workforce, ensuring timely job processing and effective communication.
• Enhance Performance: develop and implement processes to boost performance, train staff, and prepare them for greater responsibilities.
• Support Collaboration: work with support personnel to ensure all job aspects are met without delays.
• Ensure Safety: enforce strict compliance with safety procedures and implement safe working practices.

Position Requirements

• Education: High School Graduate or GED Equivalent.
• Experience: 2+ years in management within the Restoration or Construction field, with at least one year of restoration industry experience preferred.
• Skills: Leadership, multitasking, detail‑oriented, and proficiency in relevant computer applications such as Xactimate.
• Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly, climb ladders, work in tight spaces, and handle cleaning agents.
• Other: Valid driver’s license and successful completion of a background check.
