PANHANDLE CLEANING & RESTORATION, INC. is seeking a Remediation Technician to support emergency restoration projects in Pennsylvania. The role requires reporting to the Project Supervisor at shift start, preserving items and contents, and coordinating equipment and materials to complete assignments on time.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience directing laborers, and a safety-first mindset to uphold restoration protocols across multiple job sites.
Industry Certification:
The RT should have experience in protocols and procedures of two or more areas of emergency restoration: electronic restoration, fire damage restoration, hurricane and water damage restoration, mold remediation, corrosion control, HVAC, and document restoration.

Preferred Industry Certification: Any of the following a plus, IICRC Certified Water Restoration Technician, IICRC Fire Restoration Technician, and IICRC Certified Mold Remediation Technician, Council Certified Structural Drying Remediator/Supervisor (CSDR/ CSDS).
