Job summary

SERVPRO of Carleton/Maybee is seeking a Restoration Technician to join our team. You will perform production tasks, assist in cleanup, and help restore homes and businesses after fire and water damage.

The role offers training, a chance to earn industry certifications, and a path for advancement. A valid driver's license, ability to lift 50–100 lbs, and prior restoration experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Effective oral communication and basic math and computer skills.
• Experience in cleaning/restoration preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• IICRC certifications preferred.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift 50–100 lbs and adapt to various spaces.

Responsibilities

• Perform production processes, demolition and other labor intensive tasks.
• Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies; keep vehicle clean.
• Prepare rooms/areas for work activities and set up staging areas.
• Adhere to safety and risk management guidelines at all times.
• Communicate with restoration supervisor and other technicians to maintain efficiency.
• End-of-day cleanup and breakdown; leave jobsite clean and orderly.
