Job summary

Voda Cleaning & Restoration is seeking a Cleaning and Restoration Technician to support a broad range of home and business cleaning services, including carpet, floor cleaning, and restoration work. You will help fulfill obligations promptly and deliver high-quality results, contributing to customer retention.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, basic math and computer skills, and a willingness to learn newer equipment and certifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic math skills; ability to determine equipment type and units.
• Basic computer skills for reporting daily activity using email and portable devices.
• 1 year of floor cleaning experience preferred, or related specialty cleaning.
• IICRC certifications such as Carpet Cleaning Technician (CCT) preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform Carpet & Floor Cleaning and Restoration services with company methods.
• Complete cleaning/restoration documentation and authorizations.
• Communicate effectively with customers.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance.
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance.
• Inspect completed work and complete daily logs and Work Orders.
