PHC Restoration in Lillington, NC, is seeking a Restoration Technician to respond to emergencies, document job-site conditions, extract standing water, move contents, and set up drying equipment.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Willing to be on-call for one week every 6 weeks.
• Willing to work in crawl spaces and attics.

Responsibilities

• Respond to emergency property damage with urgency and compassion.
• Utilize industry-specific smartphone apps and software to document job site conditions.
• Extract standing water.
• Move contents (furniture) to prevent further damage.
• Perform neat and clean demolition of non-restorable materials.
• Set drying equipment and monitor progress until affected materials are dry.
• Proactively communicate scheduling needs to the team.
• Be the expert who builds trust by showing off what you know in a friendly, humble, and professional way.
