Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to emergency calls involving water extraction, mold remediation, and fire/smoke cleanup.
• Operate specialized restoration equipment including air scrubbers, dehumidifiers, extractors, and fans.
• Perform remediation services, set up containment areas, and conduct HVAC air duct cleaning and sanitization.
• Assist with demolition, light rebuilding, and remodeling projects (for capable and willing candidates).
• Thoroughly document projects with photos and notes; adhere to strict safety and industry protocols.
• Deliver compassionate, world-class customer service in high-stress, emergency situations.

Qualifications

• Must be available for 24/7 on-call shifts, including nights and weekends as needed.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work in dirty or confined spaces, and handle physically demanding tasks.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Must pass a background check.
• IICRC certifications (a plus; training provided for the right candidate).
• Previous construction/remodeling experience preferred for advancement opportunities.
• Competitive hourly pay: $20-$24+ per hour based on experience.

Work Schedule
