Job summary

SERVPRO of Belle Meade/West Nashville is seeking a Restoration Technician to join the team in delivering rapid on-site cleanup, water and fire damage restoration, and mold remediation. You will gain hands-on experience, participate in IICRC training, and grow into lead tech roles with a clear career path.

Qualifications

• Experience in restoration or construction is preferred.
• Experience with air duct cleaning/HVAC cleaning is a plus.
• IICRC certification is a bonus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to emergencies (water, fire, mold, storm damage).
• Perform restoration services including water extraction, demolition, equipment setup, and site cleanup.
• Load and maintain tools, equipment, and supplies in company vehicles.
• Identify safety hazards and communicate needs to your supervisor.
• Work respectfully and professionally in customers' homes and businesses.
• Support job documentation through notes, photos, and communication.

What You'll Do

What You Bring:

• Previous experience in construction, handyman work, restoration, air duct cleaning, HVAC cleaning, or indoor air quality services is a plus
• Valid driver's license + clean driving record
• Must be 21+ years old to drive company vehicles
• Comfortable with physical work, tight spaces, ladders, and lifting 50+ lbs
• Willingness to work on-call shifts (rotation includes some evenings, weekends, and holidays)
• IICRC certification is a bonus-but not required

$500 sign-on bonus is payable after 90 days of active employment and will be included in the next applicable payroll following completion of the 90-day period. Employee must be actively employed and in good standing at the time of payment.
