Job description

This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for a candidate with hands-on restoration experience who can step into a more skilled field role. This position supports residential and commercial restoration projects involving water, fire, mold, storm, and property damage. The right candidate will be dependable, safety-conscious, comfortable working in active job sites, and able to handle both physical work and restoration equipment responsibilities.

• $350 Attendance Bonus for perfect attendance during the first 30 days

Pay: $20-$25/hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM- 6:00 PM- Overtime is expected- On call as needed

Assignment Type: Temp-to-Hire

Start: ASAP

Pre Employment Requirements

• Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) Required
• Client Interview Required

Responsibilities

• Responding to residential and commercial restoration job sites
• Performing water mitigation, cleanup, and restoration support work
• Assisting with structural drying and equipment setup
• Removing damaged materials when needed
• Monitoring job progress and maintaining organized work areas
• Using restoration tools and equipment safely and correctly
• Working in attics, crawl spaces, tight spaces, and changing site conditions
• Communicating professionally with team members, supervisors, and customers
• Following safety procedures and site protocols at all times

Work Environment and Dress Code

• Residential and commercial restoration job sites
• Dust, debris, moisture, and changing temperatures
• Frequent lifting, carrying, bending, kneeling, climbing, and standing
• Work may include upper floors, tight spaces, attics, and crawl spaces
• PPE and respirator use required as needed
• Black or navy work pants

Requirements

• Restoration experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license required
• Strong work history and reliability
• Comfortable with physical field work and long days
• Able to lift 50+ pounds regularly
• Comfortable with overtime and on-call scheduling as needed
• Able to follow directions and safety procedures
• Some English preferred; bilingual is a plus

Preferred Requirements

• Structural drying
• Mold remediation
• Controlled demolition
• Equipment setup including air movers and dehumidifiers
• Customer-facing field experience

Certifications

Preferred but not required:

• IICRC WRT
• IICRC ASD
• IICRC AMRT
• Other related restoration certifications
