Job summary

T&T Cleaning and Restoration Services LLC is seeking a full-time Restoration Technician to help restore homes and businesses after water, mold, sewage or fire damage. You’ll work with project managers, learn on the job, and perform hands-on tasks that make a real difference in clients’ properties.

This role is active and physical, with daily variety and training opportunities. Candidates should be able to lift 50+ lbs, use hand and power tools safely, and work in varying weather.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Able to speak and write in English.
• Basic math skills.
• Comfortable lifting 50+ lbs.
• Able to safely use hand and power tools.
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude and professionalism.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Willing to wear PPE and work in desert weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Help project managers with daily tasks.
• Use the right tools for remodeling work.
• Assist with restoration tasks like painting, staining, drywall repair, tile work, insulation, and basic plumbing/electrical.
• Move and transport equipment and materials.
• Keep job sites and tools clean.
• Track your time at each job site.
• Complete other general tasks as needed.
• Follow all company safety rules.

Job Duties

• Help project managers with daily tasks

This job involves working indoors and outdoors in all types of weather. You may work in tight spaces, around dust, debris, or damaged materials. The work can include climbing, lifting, and using tools. Some days are physically demanding - and no two days are the same.
