Job summary

SERVPRO of Vacaville / Dixon is seeking a dependable Restoration Technician to support fire and water damage restoration projects through demolition, cleanup, equipment setup, and consistent, high-quality fieldwork in a fast-paced environment.

Starting at $15.00/hour, based on experience, with opportunities for overtime and merit-based pay increases. Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and may pursue IICRC certifications.

Qualifications

• Effective oral communication and basic math/computer skills.
• Experience in cleaning or restoration preferred.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. regularly; up to 100 lbs. with assistance.
• Ability to work in varying conditions, including tight spaces and physically demanding tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform production processes, demolition, and other labor-intensive tasks.
• Prepare rooms and areas for work activities, including staging and equipment setup.
• Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle, equipment, and jobsite appearance.
• Inventory and load equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project.
• Follow all safety and risk-management guidelines.
• Communicate with supervisors and teammates to maintain efficient workflow.
• Perform end-of-day and end-of-job cleanup and breakdown.
• Other duties as assigned.

Primary Responsibilities

Production & Field Work

• Perform production processes, demolition, and other labor-intensive tasks
• Prepare rooms and areas for work activities, including staging and equipment setup
• Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle, equipment, and jobsite appearance
• Inventory and load equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project
• Follow all safety and risk-management guidelines

Communication & Job Execution

• Communicate with supervisors and teammates to maintain efficient workflow
• Perform end-of-day and end-of-job cleanup and breakdown
• Other duties as assigned
