What You’ll Do

• Respond to emergency service calls for water, fire, mold, and biohazard restoration.
• Perform tasks like water extraction, drying, demolition, and cleaning to restore properties.
• Communicate effectively with customers, crew chiefs, and management to ensure top‑notch service.
• Maintain equipment, vehicles, and job sites with a clean, professional appearance.
• Participate in ongoing training and pursue certifications.

Who we are looking for

• A team player with a strong work ethic and sense of urgency.
• Comfortable working in physically demanding conditions (lifting 50+lbs, climbing ladders, working in tight spaces).
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background checks.
• Availability for on‑call shifts, including some nights and weekends.
• No experience is required – we provide hands‑on training for the right candidate!
