Job summary

ServiceMaster Recovery by Restoration Holdings in Wisconsin seeks a Restoration Technician to support fire, water, and mold restoration projects. You’ll work with the Project Manager to deliver professional service and help build customer loyalty during times of need.

This role requires on-call availability (7 days per month), travel up to 1 month per year out of state, and a valid driver's license. Strong communication, organization, and a proactive work ethic are essential.

As a Restoration Technician, you will help distinguish our company with professionalism and best practices, creating customer loyalty. Your responsibilities will include:

• Completing tasks assigned by the Project Manager related to fire, water, and mold disaster restoration services.
• Ensuring all documents, photos, and job notes are scanned and labeled in the job in Chronicle.
• Following proper procedures as the job progresses and is completed.
