Job Description

We are a rapidly growing company currently expanding across Florida. As we open a new branch every 2-3 years, numerous office and field positions will become available, with a strong emphasis on promoting from within. This is a great opportunity to build a rewarding career in this industry through dedication and hard work.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Workdays start at 7 A.M. in summer and 8 A.M. in winter, ending around 4:00 P.M.
2. Prepare the work vehicle each morning with necessary equipment and keep it maintained.
3. Mold Remediation: Contain affected areas, demolish damaged materials, sand and detail clean, paint exposed framing, and document work performed.
4. Water Mitigation: Assess water damage, remove affected materials, set up drying equipment, and document work.
5. On Call: Employees are on call approximately every 3-5 weeks for emergency jobs, with an on call bonus. Average on call hours are roughly 60-80 hours per week.

Required Work Experience/Skills:

• No prior experience required.
• Starting pay is $16/hr; skills and experience may negotiate higher pay.

Required Education:

• No formal education required; GED or High School Diploma preferred.

Job Type: Full-time
