Job summary

BluSky Restoration Contractors is hiring a full-time Restoration Technician in Logan, Utah. This role is a rapid-response position on property loss scenes, responsible for water extraction, mitigation, structural stabilization, debris removal, and on-site cleaning while maintaining safety and excellent customer service.

• Possess and maintain a valid driver's license
• Pass a national criminal background check and motor vehicle report
• Pass a pre-employment drug screening
• Be on-call 24 hours a day
• 1 year of restoration industry or maintenance experience preferred

• Microbial remediation
• Vandalism, crime scene, and biohazard clean-up
• Demolition (Demo Day!)
• Field management and supervision of all temporary labor personnel

Brief Description
The Restoration Technician is a first responder on property loss situations and helps mitigate damage in residential and commercial structures. Technicians are responsible for water damage mitigation, structural board-up and security, on-location cleaning, microbial remediation, content pack-outs, content processing/deodorization, content storage, and handling.

Compensation
BluSky offers a competitive base pay between $15 - $25 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package that includes: a matching 401(k) plan, health insurance (medical, dental, and vision), paid time off, paid holidays, disability, equipment appropriate to the position (i.e., laptop, smartphone, etc.), and corporate apparel allowance.
