BluSky Restoration Contractors, LLC is seeking a full-time Restoration Technician in Missouri. The role involves responding to emergencies, mitigating water and fire damage, and performing microbial remediation across residential and commercial properties.

Qualifications

• Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening.
• Ability to be on-call 24 hours a day.
• 1 year of restoration industry or maintenance experience preferred.

Brief Description

The Restoration Technician is a first responder on property loss situations and helps mitigate damage in residential and commercial structures. Technicians are responsible for water damage mitigation, structural board-up and security, on-location cleaning, microbial remediation, content pack-outs, content processing/deodorization, content storage, and handling.

COMPENSATION

BluSky offers a competitive base pay between $15 - $25 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package that includes: a matching 401(k) plan, health insurance (medical, dental, and vision), paid time off, paid holidays, disability, equipment appropriate to the position (i.e., laptop, smartphone, etc.), and corporate apparel allowance.
