Job summary

BMS CAT in Hayward, CA is seeking a remediation specialist to perform smoke, fire, and water restoration on diverse jobs. You will join a team that emphasizes hands-on training, state-of-the-art equipment, and internal growth opportunities.

We offer weekly pay, competitive base pay between $21 and $25 per hour, and benefits such as company-paid life insurance and optional medical and 401(k). Your dedication will contribute to delivering quality outcomes for both commercial and residential

Qualifications

• Remediation background with experience in smoke, fire, and water restoration.
• Willing to learn and grow; career growth and internal promotion.
• Valid driver's license (preferred).
• IICRC training/certifications (preferred).
• OSHA 10/30 certification (preferred).
• Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Execute job tasks assigned in a timely manner within the scope of the project
• Demolition, cleaning, and rebuilding of job sites
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Communicate daily progress reports and other paperwork
