Job summary

BMS CAT is seeking a hands-on remediation technician to perform smoke, fire and water cleanup. You will contribute to demolition, cleaning and rebuilding on commercial and residential sites in the Denver area.

We offer weekly pay, company-paid life insurance, optional medical/dental/vision, 401(k) and generous paid time off. A valid driver's license and a strong work ethic are essential; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License with a good driving record (preferred).
• IICRC training and certifications (preferred).
• OSHA 10/30 Certified (preferred).
• Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Execute job tasks assigned in a timely manner within the scope of the project.
• Demolition, cleaning, and rebuilding of job sites.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Communicate daily progress reports and other paperwork.
