Restoration Technician Job Summary
Assist in retaining customers by fulfilling the company’s obligations through the timely and effective delivery of restoration services.

1. Effectively perform all restoration services the company offers (Note: Compensation levels will reflect the skill level of the Technician. Hourly rate increases as the ability to perform water mitigation, mold, trauma scene, and asbestos certifications are added.)
2. Communicate effectively with customers
3. Perform basic equipment maintenance
4. Perform basic vehicle maintenance
5. Inspect completed work
6. Complete the technician’s daily log
7. Complete Work Orders
8. Maintain appearance and stock of appropriate tools, materials, and supplies for company vehicles
9. Maintain inventory of related supplies

Restoration Technician Qualifications
