Job summary

Voda Cleaning and Restoration is seeking a Restoration Technician to assist in delivering timely and effective restoration services while focusing on customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include performing water damage mitigation, inspecting work, maintaining tools and vehicles, and completing logs and work orders.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, basic computer skills, and relevant certifications in water mitigation or related areas.

Qualifications

• Education and Experience: High school diploma (or GED).
• Mathematical Skills: Adequate math skills. Ability to apply learned techniques to determine appropriate equipment type and number of units.
• Computer Skills: Demonstrates basic proficiency in the use of computers, email, and portable devices used to report and record daily activity.
• Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations: Certification in performing appropriate services: Water Mitigation, Mold, Fire, etc.

Responsibilities

• Effectively perform all water damage mitigation and restoration services the company offers.
• Communicate effectively with customers.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance.
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance.
• Inspect completed work.
• Complete the technician’s daily log.
• Complete Work Orders.
• Maintain appearance and stock of appropriate tools, materials, and supplies for company vehicles.
• Maintain inventory of related supplies.
• Complete appropriate restoration documentation.
