Job summary

Voda Cleaning & Restoration of Tucson is seeking a Lead Technician to deliver expert carpet and floor cleaning and water restoration services. You will communicate professionally with customers and ensure accurate documentation while maintaining equipment and vehicles.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in the field, are hands-on, eager to learn, and prepared to take ownership. IICRC certification is a bonus; a clean driving record is preferred and reputable transportation is expected.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in carpet cleaning and/or water restoration.
• Comfortable with hands-on physical work.
• Eager to learn, grow, and take ownership.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bonus: IICRC certification (CCT, WRT).
• Tech-savvy enough to use mobile devices for daily reports.
• Clean driving record and reliable transportation preferred.

Responsibilities
