Due to growth, Paragon Staffing, LLC is looking for environmental/restoration laborers to join our team!

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Perform cleanup, drum handling, decontamination, sweeping, shoveling, high-pressure washing, etc.
• Work under the guidance of a supervisor involving cleanup, heavy lifting, and yard cleanup.
• Load and unload various containers (totes, drums, tankers, trailers, etc.)
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
• Conduct restoration processes such as fire, water, mold, and sewage cleanup.
• Adhere to safety and risk management guidelines at all times.
• Communicate with supervisors and technicians to ensure efficient restoration processes.
• Perform end-of-day and end-of-job cleanup, including garbage and debris removal.
• Leave the job site clean and orderly.

Experience:

• Ability to use hand tools and power tools.
• Previous experience in restoration settings (fire, water, mold, sewage) is required.
• Mechanical inclination.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license and good driving history.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to understand English (required).

Pay rate:

$18/hr to $21/hr

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM. Ability to work rotating shifts, long hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays (required).
