We seek an experienced Restoration Technician to join our team. Your role involves responding to water and fire restoration needs, including drying, demolition, and other restoration tasks. Candidates should be IICRC certified or willing to be trained, with a strong commitment to quality work and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out restoration processes according to work orders and crew instructions
• Prepare and organize equipment and supplies for each project
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of vehicles and equipment
• Ready work areas and ensure a tidy job site upon completion
• Communicate effectively with team members

Qualifications:

• IICRC certification preferred but not required (training available)
• Experience in cleaning/restoration
• Experience with commercial properties
• Valid driver’s license
• High school diploma or GED

Physical Requirements:

• Lift up to 50 pounds regularly, up to 100 with assistance
• Work at heights, in tight spaces, and on ladders
• Prolonged sitting, standing, and walking
• Repetitive pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying
• Work safely with chemicals and cleaning products
• Travel locally and out of state as needed
