You will drive to sites, operate water damage mitigation and mold remediation equipment, and perform site cleanup with precise documentation. Compensation Summary

This position pays $20-$25 per hour, depending on experience.

PuroClean is a property damage cleanup company specializing in water, fire and smoke damage, biohazard cleanup, and mold remediation. We have offices in Kingston and Poughkeepsie and have been proudly serving the Hudson Valley for over 12 years.

The candidate must like helping people in their time of need. Our business is a team and we expect every member to work that way. If you're willing to put in the effort, this is a great opportunity for growth and advancement. We prioritize promotion from within. Work hours included 8:00am – 4:00pm shifts and require on-call rotations for one week duration. We are seeking good people, who are hardworking, motivated and are experienced with Water Damage Restoration and Mold Mitigation.

Restoration Technician Duties Will Primarily Include

• Drive company vehicle
• Set up/taken down, and properly operate water mitigation and/or mold remediation equipment
• Demo job site when needed; cutting drywall, carpeting, padding, wood floors, etc.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs
• General cleaning
• Accurately complete all necessary paperwork and/or online documentation such as moisture mapping, temperature and humidity readings.
• Contents pack out and storage
• Clean fire damaged property
• Perform emergency services after hours
• Board up damaged property

Requirements

• Must have a professional appearance and good attitude
• Very good communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Some construction knowledge would be helpful and ability to use hand tools/power tools
• Excellent attention to detail
• Punctual and reliable
