Voda Cleaning and Restoration of Ann Arbor is seeking a Restoration Technician to join our hands-on team. You’ll work on water damage and mold projects, learn on-the-job, and pursue rapid certifications that translate into real advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic math skills and the ability to follow a process.
• Comfortable with a smartphone or tablet and basic apps for job documentation.
• A year of floor or specialty cleaning experience is a plus but not required. We’ll train the right person.
• A strong work ethic, dependable attendance, and pride in doing the job right.

Responsibilities

• Support restoration projects — water damage, mold, and more — as you train up.
• Complete work orders, daily logs, and job documentation using your phone or tablet.
• Communicate confidently and professionally with customers on site.
• Inspect your own work to make sure it holds up to our standard.
• Keep equipment, tools, and your vehicle organized and job-ready.
• Handle basic equipment and vehicle maintenance.
• Learn new tools, tech, and techniques as we add services.
• Hold yourself and your teammates to a high bar on quality, safety, and service.

Pay
