The role is remote with on-site visits, offering autonomy, collaboration, and work-life balance for managing diverse properties and schedules.

Qualifications

• Experience managing construction, restoration, or service-based projects.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities independently.
• Solid understanding of construction sequencing is preferred.
• Ability to read and understand construction documents such as blueprints and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from residential to commercial properties.
• Serve as the primary contact for homeowners, property managers, and insurance partners.
• Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and timelines.
• Build strong relationships with customers through proactive communication and service.
• Monitor project profitability and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Participate in weekly team meetings to review progress and financials.
• Handle sensitive customer situations professionally and empathetically.
• Perform project close-out, punch lists, and retention collection.
