Paul Davis Restoration is seeking a Restoration Project Manager in the Dayton area to lead residential and commercial repair projects from start to finish. You will manage budgets, scheduling, safety, vendor relationships, and ensure work meets quality and KPI targets while delivering outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• Construction experience required.
• Comfort using technology for emailing, scheduling, and documentation.
• Ability to complete punch-list tasks on projects.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsabilités

• Meet operational objectives of customer satisfaction, brand experience, and KPI.
• Confirm budget and work orders before start of project.
• Ensure safety and best practices on every project.
• Schedule and coordinate project from start to finish.
• Communicate and document job progress and changes to all parties.
• Oversee quality of work being performed.
• Seek opportunities for new partnerships with vendors and subcontractors.
