Job summary

Insurcomm Restoration, part of Fortify Companies, in San Antonio, TX, seeks a Construction Project Manager to lead restoration rebuilds from inspection to completion.

You will inspect losses, write scopes in Xactimate, negotiate with adjusters, manage budgets and schedules, and coordinate with a network of subcontractors and clients.

Office-based with travel to job sites; competitive compensation and full benefits available.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years as a Construction Project Manager in restoration.

Responsibilities

• Inspect losses and create accurate scopes in Xactimate.
• Document projects using Docusketch for insurance-related records.
• Negotiate with insurance companies and close sales.
• Manage projects from contract through completion with clear scope, timelines, and expectations.
• Develop detailed schedules and coordinate production teams.
• Recruit, retain, and manage a reliable subcontractor network.
• Oversee material selections, permitting, and code compliance.
• Manage budgets to ensure project profitability.
• Complete change orders, supplementals, and project close-outs.
• Navigate TPA and program requirements.
• Mentor and develop production staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the needs of the team and business.
