Job summary

BCR - Buckeye Construction & Restoration in Murfreesboro, TN is seeking a Project Manager to plan and oversee restoration projects, coordinate resources, prepare budgets, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed throughout the life of each job.

You will manage client and architect relationships, establish vendor contacts, lead a detailed schedule, and ensure work meets the highest standards and the company’s safety policies.

Qualifications

• Degree in construction technology or related field is desired but not required.
• Commercial or industrial construction experience is required.
• 3-5 years of restoration experience is desirable.
• Proven ability to solve problems creatively.
• Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
• Experience seeing projects through full life cycle.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Work well in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources.
• Prepare & follow budgets based on scope and resources.
• Track project costs to meet budget.
• Manage a detailed project schedule and work plan to track progress.
• Create long- and short-term plans with milestones and deadlines.
• Manage client and architect relationships.
• Establish and maintain vendor relationships.
• Provide weekly project updates to managers about budgets, strategy, adjustments and progress.
• Monitor and measure project performance for improvements.
• Conduct weekly site visits to analyze labor, materials and equipment and verify scope.
