Base pay range

$70,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr

Our client, a natural disaster restoration company, is looking for a Project Manager to join their team. This person would focus on commercial building estimation and restoration. This is a direct hire role with heavy travel required.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managerial and administrative aspects of a project; estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reports, progress billing, design review and coordination, cost reporting, safety, and proposal preparation.
• Manages multiple projects at one time.
• Prepares accurate and complete project estimates and proposals.
• Organizes, plans, and manages multiple activities to accomplish desired results.
• Facilitates necessary paperwork and payment with property owners.
• Determines which portions of the job will be produced internally and which will be subcontracted.
• Analyzes job specifications, architectural drawings, blueprints, and supporting documents to determine and calculate quantities of materials specified for projects.
• Delivers focus and dedication to providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Proficiency using Word, Excel, Outlook and Microsoft Project
• 2-3 years related experience in Commercial Restoration Project Management
• Associates/Bachelors degree in drafting, architecture, or construction related fields is preferred
• Ability to determine and calculate quantities of materials specified for projects
• 3-5 years experience in related field or combination of education and experience preferred
