We are seeking a Restoration Project Manager to join our team! Youwill overseeproject planning, scheduling,budgeting, and implementation of Water Damage Restoration Projects.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
• Allocate resources for assigned projects
• Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
• Interface with project adjusters, contractors, property owners and estimators
• Negotiatewith contractors to receive reasonable order costs
• Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhereto original plans and specifications
• Documentation of project and Dry Logs

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in construction management or other related fields
• Familiarity with construction management software
• Strong leadership qualities
