SERVPRO of Mesquite is hiring a Restoration Project Manager!
This role involves overseeing all aspects of assigned restoration projects and crews, leading the team to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate scope of work and prepare estimates using proprietary software
• Negotiate project scope and estimates with customers and clients
• Schedule and oversee crews, resources, and subcontractors
• Review job site documentation and ensure proper billing
• Maintain communication with customers, vendors, and insurance reps
• Manage production expenses (equipment, vehicles, materials)

Additional Responsibilities

• Manage customer experience and satisfaction
• Respond promptly to potential customers
• Participate in recruiting, hiring, and training

Position Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• High school diploma/GED (Associate or Bachelor’s preferred)
• At least 1 year of management/supervisory experience
• At least 3 years of industry experience
• IICRC certification preferred
