Job Overview

Manage the oversight and administration of the project cycle for water and fire damage restoration in commercial and residential properties, including coordination of subcontracts, supervision of demolition, cleaning, move ins/move outs, damage claims, and related activities. Prepare accurate estimates, manage projects to successful completion, and ensure proper billing and documentation. This is an AT WILL position.

Supervision

Receives direction from the General Manager and exercises supervision over technicians.

Essential Functions

1. Use industry software for estimating and managing restoration projects.
2. Estimate, bid, supervise, and monitor project activities to stay within budget.
3. Prepare schedules, track progress, and manage vendor relationships.
4. Ensure safety, training, and proper communication among team members.
5. Handle project documentation, change orders, and billing.
6. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Ability to work under deadlines, generate accurate estimates, and manage multiple projects.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of restoration industry software and practices.
• Experience in construction/restoration, supervisory roles, or project management.
• Educational requirements include a bachelor's degree in Management, Project Management, or Construction Management.
• Valid NC driver's license, WRT and ASD certifications preferred.

Physical & Working Conditions

Office and outdoor work, requiring mobility, ability to lift up to 100 lbs., and occasional work in hazardous environments.
