SERVPRO of North Mobile County is hiring a Restoration Project Manager to oversee all aspects of restoration projects and assigned crews. This front-line management role leads teams to operational excellence.

Responsibilities include defining scopes, negotiating approvals, coordinating crews and subcontractors, and ensuring proper billing and client requirements. Applicants need a valid license, a HS diploma, and 1+ year of management with 3+ years in the industry; IICRC cert is preferred.

Competenze

• High school diploma/GED required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least 1 year of management/supervisory experience.
• At least 3 years of industry experience.
• IICRC certification preferred.

Position Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• High school diploma/GED; Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• At least 1 year of management and/or supervisory experience
• At least 3 years of industry experience
• IICRC certification a preferred

Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies

• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
• Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
• Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
• Ability to work with/around cleaning agents
• Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
