SERVPRO Franchise of New Hanover County seeks an experienced Restoration Production Manager/Estimator to oversee restoration projects, manage crews, and ensure accurate scopes and estimates for residential and commercial losses. You will lead teams handling water, fire, mold, and biohazard responses, driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications include IICRC certification, 2+ years in restoration, 1+ year of management, and a valid driver’s license.

Formación

• Valid driver’s license required.
• High school diploma or GED; Associate/Bachelor’s preferred.
• At least 1 year of management/supervisory experience.
• IICRC certification required.
• At least 2 years in restoration industry.
• Xactimate estimating experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure an accurate scope of work for projects and prepare estimates utilizing computer hardware and proprietary software.
• Negotiate customer and/or client approval of project scope and estimate.
• Schedule, coordinate and oversee crews and resources to provide service on active projects including subcontractors.
• Review job site documentation to support the services provided and ensure proper client requirements and billing process.
• Maintain written communication with customers, teammates, vendors, and insurance representatives.
• Manage production expenses including equipment, vehicles, and other material assets.
• Manage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction tracked with online reviews.
• Provide priority response to potential customers.
• Participate in recruiting, hiring, and training restoration teammates.

As the Restoration Production Manager/Estimator, you will oversee all aspects of assigned restoration projects and assigned restoration crews. You are responsible for the mitigation crews responding to water, fire, mold, & biohazard losses for residential and commercial clients. This front-line management position leads their team to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Position Requirements

• Valid driver’s license required

• At least 1 year of management and/or supervisory experience
• IICRC certification required
• Must have at least 2 years experience in restoration industry
• Xactimate Estimating experience preferred

Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies

• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
• Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
• Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
• Ability to work with/around cleaning agents
• Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law

Pay is based on experience.

Compensation: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
