Qualifications

• Experience with insurance restoration and/or construction industry.
• Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to work independently or lead a team.
• Experience managing teams of 2 or more.
• Must be able to prioritize activities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead project managers in completing restoration assignments.
• Inspect and scope jobs onsite, communicate effectively.
• Prepare and review estimates using Xactimate.
• Maintain quality control within project budgets.
• Communicate job progress to customers and adjusters.
