Job summary

Empower Brands is seeking a Packer/Mover to safely pack, transport, and return customers' belongings during restoration projects. You will work directly with customers and teammates to ensure items are handled with care and properly documented.

The role requires the ability to lift heavy items, a reliable team player mindset, and a flexible schedule including occasional overtime or weekends. Prior moving or warehouse experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in moving, packing, warehouse, delivery, or general labor preferred; restoration experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record preferred.
• Flexible schedule, including occasional overtime or weekends as business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Pack, label, load, and transport customers' belongings safely and efficiently.
• Assist with inventorying and documenting items before they are moved.
• Carefully handle furniture, electronics, household goods, and other personal belongings.
• Deliver, unpack, and help set up customer belongings once restoration work is complete.
• Work at residential and commercial properties affected by fire, water, or other property damage.
• Communicate professionally with customers and provide a positive customer experience.
• Keep company vehicles, equipment, and work areas clean and organized.
• Follow company safety procedures and proper lifting techniques.
• Participate in training to learn company processes and restoration best practices.
• Support warehouse and restoration operations as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
