Job summary

JCS Restoration is seeking a motivated Packing / Moving Technician to efficiently pack, wrap, and move belongings during restoration projects, ensuring safety and care for all items. You will support emergency response efforts and maintain high safety and cleanliness standards on site.

Join our restoration team and contribute to safeguarding client belongings. This role requires handling heavy items, operating company vehicles, and providing excellent customer service with a focus on quality

Qualifications

• Required valid drivers license.
• Prior experience in construction, cleaning, or restoration industries is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of safety procedures including PPE use, respiratory protection, and adherence to safety protocols.
• Ability to operate company vehicles safely and responsibly.
• Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude towards clients and team members.
• Physical ability to lift heavy items of 50+ lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform manual labor efficiently.
• Familiarity with Xactimate software or carpet cleaning equipment is a plus but not required.
• Willingness to be on-call for emergency response situations outside regular hours.
