Join Our Team as a Restoration Manager at SERVPRO of The Saint Croix Valley! We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to lead our restoration division. This role is crucial to ensuring the efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery of our services, while fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee Operations: Manage the day-to-day activities of restoration crews, including schedules and production levels.
• Lead the Team: Supervise a diverse workforce, ensuring timely job processing and effective communication.
• Enhance Performance: Develop and implement processes to boost performance, train staff, and prepare them for greater responsibilities.
• Support Collaboration: Work with support personnel to ensure all job aspects are met without delays.
• Ensure Safety: Enforce strict compliance with safety procedures and implement safe working practices.

Position Requirements

• Education: High School Graduate or GED Equivalent.
• Experience: 2+ years in management within the Restoration or Construction Field, with at least one year of restoration industry experience preferred.
• Skills: Leadership, multitasking, detail-oriented, and proficiency in relevant computer applications like Xactimate.
• Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly, climb ladders, work in tight spaces, and handle cleaning agents.
• Other: Valid Driver’s License and successful completion of a background check.
