Job Description

Q3C is seeking laborers to assist with restoration projects. Applicants with a commercial driver’s license are encouraged to apply.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Follow company policies and procedures
2. Work outdoors in various weather conditions
3. Perform physical labor, including digging and restoring projects
4. Handle spoil piles and operate basic tools like shovels
5. Respect fellow workers, clients, and customers
6. Understand safety zones around equipment such as backhoes, bore rigs, and air compressors

Qualifications

Driver’s license is preferred but not required.

Physical Demands

• Lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
• Continuous standing, walking on uneven surfaces, stooping, kneeling, crouching, speaking, and hearing

Work Environment

• Exposure to outside weather conditions, wet/humid environments, cold, heat, and noise
• Potential exposure to traffic
