Job Overview

Q3C is looking for Laborers to join our Restoration Team in Minnesota. Applicants with a commercial driver's license are encouraged to apply.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Ability to follow company policies and procedures
• Must be dependable, and able to perform physically demanding work in the elements
• Ability to restore a project back to the same or better condition
• Be respectful of fellow workers, clients, and client’s customers
• Prior construction knowledge helpful, but not required
• Understands safety zones while working around equipment such as backhoes, bore rigs, air compressors, etc.
• Close vision is required for some functions and distance, and peripheral vision is required for safety

Qualifications

• Possession of a Commercial Drivers License (CDL) or willingness to obtain one
• Willingness to travel
• Holds a current drivers license with no restrictions
• Able to work overtime as dictated by workload volumes

Physical Demands

• Must be able to lift and/or move 50 pounds on a daily and continual basis
• Standing, walking including primarily on uneven surfaces, turning, stooping, kneeling, crouching, speaking and hearing are required continuously

Work Environment

• Employees will be subjected to outside weather conditions
• Employee could be exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, cold, and heat
• The noise level in the work environment can often be loud
• The employee is frequently exposed to slow- or fast-moving traffic in the work environment

Compensation

$32.26/hour ($1.50/hr additional if employee holds a CDL)
