A local restoration company in Colorado Springs seeks a reliable General Laborer to assist with water, fire, and mold damage restoration projects. This hands-on role requires physical work, including demolition and cleanup tasks. No prior experience is required, but the candidate should be able to lift heavy materials and work flexible hours. Competitive pay of $15.00 - $20.00 per hour is offered, along with training opportunities and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• No experience required (training provided), but construction or restoration experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends.
• Must be able to pass a background check and/or drug screening (if required).
