Job summary

GDA Contractors in Texas is seeking a Restortion Estimator/Project Manager to work closely with senior management to ensure goals are met. The role combines estimating, project setup, and oversight to deliver successful outcomes on each bid and project.

You will coordinate client relations, manage vendor invoices, oversee start-up activities, and ensure contract administration from negotiation through completion. A Bachelor's in CM/Engineering plus industry experience are required.

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management/Engineering or a related field is required.
• Construction management or related industry experience required.

Responsibilities

• Approve all vendor invoices of purchases for jobs under contract.
• Coordinate customer relations and requests.
• Personally coordinate any technically difficult installations.
• Complete Job Set-up and Start-up functions on jobs sold.
• Manage and oversee contract administration from negotiation.

The Opportunity:

As Restortion Estimator/Project Manager, you will work closely with senior management to ensure that company goals and missions are met.

• Follow bidding and selling practices established by the company.
• Set-up and Start-up phase of each project.
• Maintain Bidding Activity of a minimum of 3 jobs per week.
• Close contracts on projects bid

Project Management:

What you need to succeed:
