Job summary

ServiceMaster Restore is seeking a Warehouse, Equipment, and Facilities Technician to support restoration operations. The role covers warehouse organization, equipment servicing, vehicle maintenance, and outdoor property upkeep.

The candidate should be hardworking, detail-oriented, and capable of indoor and outdoor work with minimal supervision. CDL is a plus, and physical labor is required.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in warehouse operations or equipment maintenance preferred.
• Knowledge of restoration and mitigation equipment is a plus.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (CDL a plus).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
• Pull, prepare, and stage supplies for restoration projects and field teams.
• Track inventory levels and report shortages to management.
• Label and store equipment, tools and chemicals per safety standards.
• Inspect and perform routine maintenance on mitigation equipment.
• Coordinate vehicle maintenance and transport company vehicles for repairs.
• Perform lawn care and outdoor maintenance for facilities.
• Assist with loading/unloading trucks and preparing job site supplies.
• Perform light maintenance on warehouse property and office facilities.
