Job summary

SERVPRO of Springfield is seeking a Crew Member to join a team focused on excellent service and mutual respect. You will perform production tasks on restoration projects, load gear, prepare spaces, and help ensure a clean jobsite and safe operations.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, basic math, a high school diploma, and the ability to lift 50–100 lbs, climb ladders, and travel locally. Training and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Proven communication skills and basic math abilities.
• Experience in cleaning/restoration preferred.
• HS diploma or GED required; certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies for each project.
• Prepare rooms/areas for work activities and set up staging areas and equipment.
• Perform production processes as directed.
• Adhere to safety and risk management guidelines at all times.
• Communicate with crew chief and other technicians to maintain efficient production processes.
• End-of-day cleanup and breakdown; leave jobsite clean and orderly.
