SERVPRO of Vacaville / Dixon is seeking a Construction Technician to perform on-site construction tasks following restoration projects, ensure quality, and coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers. The role requires strong customer service, good communication, and a proactive, dependable attitude.

Training and advancement opportunities accompany a team-focused environment. Pay starts at $22.00–$28.00 per hour, with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service track record is essential.
• Clear written and oral communication skills needed.
• Basic math skills required.
• Restoration or construction experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform construction services as required according to plans and scope.
• Assist with managing subcontractors and material suppliers.
• Manage material deliveries and scheduling.
• Ensure work complies with plans, specs, and local codes.
• Document project activities and photos in the field.
• Assist in managing and producing change orders.
• Maintain quality standards via site inspections.
• Coordinate inspections with local jurisdictions as needed.
• Ensure vendors deliver as purchased.
• Help manage budget and schedule with the construction coordinator.
