Job summary

SERVPRO of Vacaville / Dixon is seeking a hands-on restoration teammate to respond to water and fire damage, load and manage equipment, and help restore homes and businesses. You will work with a team on-site, follow safety guidelines, and communicate clearly with clients while delivering reliable service.

Ideal candidates have handyman or construction background, enjoy helping others, and are willing to learn.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to work on-call shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous restoration, construction, or related field experience preferred.
• IICRC certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to emergency situations, including water and fire damage.
• Evaluate and perform restoration activities (water extraction, drying, equipment setup, demolition).
• Load, inventory, and maintain work vehicles with tools and supplies.
• Communicate safety hazards and site findings to supervisors and clients.
• Maintain open communication with clients, addressing concerns and explaining the restoration process.
• Perform restoration and cleanup tasks, including water extraction and site cleanup.
