PARAGON PROPERTY RESTORATION LLC is seeking an experienced Restoration/Construction Project Manager to lead complex reconstruction projects from start to finish in Maryland. You will oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client communications to ensure quality, safety, and timely delivery.

The role requires coordinating with insureds, insurers, TPAs, and vendors, maintaining detailed project files, securing permits, and guiding teams through closeout while keeping homeowners informed

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in restoration/construction project management.
• Strong budgeting and contract management capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and coordination.
• Ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Oversee reconstruction projects with insureds, insurers, and TPAs (e.g., Alacrity, Contractor Connection, Code-Blue, Claims Connect, Sedgwick).
• Create and manage budgets, buyouts, work orders, subcontractor agreements, and progress payments with financial oversight.
• Manage restoration projects from initiation to completion ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Coordinate with insureds, insurance companies, TPAs, and other stakeholders to align project goals.
• Create and follow budgets, oversee buyouts, work orders, and subcontractor agreements.
• Collect progress payments and maintain understanding of project funds at all times.
• Coordinate with estimators, project coordinators, carriers, and TPAs during the lifecycle.
• Ensure accurate documentation including sign-offs and job file updates.
• Maintain effective communication with internal teams, external partners, and clients.
• Oversee project closeout until payment in full.
• Secure necessary permits.
• Start jobs in a timely manner.
• Schedule completed work orders including pre-construction meetings, sequencing, timing, and trades assignments.
• Maintain constant communication with homeowners.
• Set expectations with insureds by providing timelines and identifying challenges.
• Inspect all assigned projects for progress and maintain electronic files of all job details.
