ServiceMaster DSI is seeking a Restoration Construction Manager to lead residential and commercial rebuild projects, coordinating planning, scheduling, and execution with customers and teams across locations.

The role emphasizes organization, strong communication, and a track record in restoration projects, with opportunities for aggressive bonus programs based on performance and drive.

• Proven leader who can create and shape a positive culture amongst the team.
• Direct communication with customers throughout the entire project to ensure excellent customer service.
• Ensures technical problems with installations and troubleshooting assignments are communicated to the Regional Construction Manager.
• Utilize our pool of subcontractors while constantly seeking new resources to complete projects on time and under budget.
• Ensures material, supplies, permits, and inspections are obtained in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensures the timely and quality completion of all construction and carpentry projects.
• Ensures adherence to the construction scope detailing time and material specifications, and communicates to the management any discrepancies in the scope.
• Assists in change order estimating, approval process and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple restoration projects across locations planning, scheduling and execution.
• Directly communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and clear expectations.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to meet timelines and budgets.
• Oversee material procurement, permits, and inspections for each project.
• Monitor quality and safety to ensure project standards are met.
• Contribute to change-order estimation and documentation as projects evolve.

Salary starts at: $85k - $100K/Annually based on experience.

Candidate Profile

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years experience in the Insurance Restoration Industry/Insurance related losses
• Must have Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Minimum 5 years Hands-On Construction Experience
• 2 years Project Management Experience
• Strong Remodeling/Restoration Experience (preferred)
• Must have ability to run multiple projects simultaneously
• Must have a valid Drivers License
• Able to move and/or lift 50+ lbs.
• Pass background check and drug screen
• Xactimate experience a plus
