K-tech Kleening & Restoration, serving Central and Northern Wisconsin for over 50 years, is hiring an Experienced Cleaning & Restoration Technician for Weston/Rhinelander. You will perform water, fire and mold mitigation, carpet and fabric cleaning, and equipment maintenance in homes and businesses.

Qualifications

• Restoration or cleaning experience preferred.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Xactimate experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Water, Fire and Mold damage mitigation and restoration
• Carpet cleaning
• Air duct and dryer vent cleaning
• Upholstery and hard surface cleaning
• Equipment setup and maintenance
• Loading/unloading equipment and supplies
• Ensure projects are completed efficiently and professionally
• Communicate with customers throughout projects
• Maintain quality control standards
